Worcester, MA – On Wednesday, January 18, construction of the new assisted living and skilled nursing facility, “Tockwotton on the Waterfront” hit its latest milestone as the $53.2-million facility stays on track to open in December 2012. The official “topping off” ceremony for the new facility was held in East Providence’s Waterfront District.
